Design & Prototyping
Our team was tasked with implementing SimpleTips service as a convenient tool for restaurant guests and servers for smooth cashless tipping. We designed a clear, user-friendly interface and intuitive navigation so that users of all ages can easily get familiar with and use it.

Leaving tips and feedback
Along with the bill, the server brings a business card with a personal QR code. The guest just needs to scan it and open the site, where they fill in card details, enter tip amount and leave feedback.
The tip amount can be selected from the suggested ones ($5, $10, $15, $20, $30) or entered by the user. The experience can be rated from 1 to 5 stars and accompanied by a quick positive feedback (excellent service, delicious food, etc.), detailed review and suggestions for improvement.
